they think they know how life here is,
how it's like never to feel bliss.
they think they know how the dead feel,
how it's like to stop being real.
how can they think,
that our lives are gone within a blink?
they can love and lust,
whilst the dead can only turn to dust.
they think they know how dying is like,
but what they have not felt won't hurt.

the dead can hear every whisper and yell.
the dead can fear although there is no hell.
the dead can watch as the tears flow.
the dead can woe.
i know i am dead.
i know what is up for me ahead.
i can feel all the pain they go through.
but what hurts the most is the fact that i can't love you.
