The anguish bit into his frozen solid veins,

Making him settle down with the afflict that he gained.

Not bearing the twinge of agony any longer, he cries out;

Leaving him no other choice, he emits a loud shout.

No dilated eyes hovered upon his feeble frame,

What made him more pitiful was that he was the only one to blame.

If he had courteously accepted the request with grave,

Then he would have left a painless coward with the brave.

Men should not be so courageous to end up this way,

To bleed like someone being slaughtered away.

As macabre as it was, the grotesque truth can never be beaten.

The red liquid soaked the hungry ground that it sweetened.

The surface of which his bare petite feet laid upon,

Heated up from the sweet crimson blood that won.

It seemed to be a battle between the liquid and the heat,

Soon the winner was declared and the loser left in defeat.

The blood dried up to only end up breaking apart,

It seemed to be a little while early for the halt of the heart.

However, as the sound of a massive body hitting the ground rings,

Instantly the attentive ears knew that he was finally springing wings.

Up above is where he was always destined to go,

Though he died a mortifying death, bliss filled him so much he glowed.

Although he was just born as one of the sons of the light,

He had left his home without even a single fight.

Presently, he lives a perpetual ardent life that will be filled with bliss,

But as he glances at the appalling life below, he remembers that pain exists.

He now lives a normal fresh life with no physical pain,

But the memories of his past fills him with emotional angst again.

The only way to stop his cries and remorse is for him to go back,

It was an arduous decision but he was determined to face yet again the black.

A fervent emotion filled him as he commences to a bad omen,

It made him tremble and a nasty churning feeling appeared in his abdomen.

Waking up in a cold dark desolating place,

He looks around remembering every single face.

Tries to smile and reach out for an embrace,

Nevertheless, everyone leaves without a trace.

The blatant truth struck him in the chest,

Making him tear up as he yearned to be blessed.

Self-driven he was to save his previous ancient world,

First, he needed to practice saying a word.

Failure then surrenders after rejection,

Cursing at the lords above with every affection.

Losing his hope, he begins to feel remorse,

However, he quickly gets back his faith and stands up with force.

The fallen angel could see not a hint of splendor to live for,

As he forebodes the ominous future in his future door.

If only I was there to tell him that he is life was not a lie,

If only I told him that, he did not have to die.

Until now, we all still wonder why the brave man had done it.

Until now, all of us can never fully admit;

That he was our only saviour, hero and hope.

He was the Angel of Earth and that is why we mope.

(sometimes all we need is an angel to believe in)
